Keurig Mini Brewer isn’t producing hot enough water to make coffee. Here is a quick guide on how to fix this issue. When your Keurig Mini Brewer isn’t producing enough hot water to make coffee, there are a few things you can do to remedy the situation.
Troubleshooting Tips: Keurig Mini not hot enough
STEP 1
Check to make sure that the water reservoir is filled to the correct level. If it’s not, add more water until it reaches the fill line.
STEP 2
Check to see if the Brewer is plugged in correctly and that the power cord is firmly plugged into the outlet.
STEP 3
Check the water level. If the water level is low, the Brewer may not be able to reach the necessary temperature. Secondly, make sure the water is cold enough.
STEP 4
Check the water is cold enough. If the water is too hot, it will overheat the Brewer and cause it to fail.
STEP 5
Check the flow of water. If the water is flowing too fast, it may not have time to reach the Brewer’s temperature.
STEP 6
Try descaling it. Descaling is a process of removing built-up calcium and minerals from the Brewer. You can descale your Brewer by following the instructions in your Owner’s Manual.
If you have tried all of the above and your brewer still isn’t producing hot enough water, please contact keurig Customer Service team.

Why Keurig Mini not producing hot enough water?
There are a few reasons why your Keurig Mini might not be getting hot enough. The most common reason is that the water reservoir is not full enough. Make sure to fill the reservoir all the way to the top before brewing. Another possible reason is that the heating element is not working properly. This can be checked by opening up the Keurig and checking for any loose wires or burnt out components. If everything looks okay, then it may just need to be replaced.
Finally, it could be an issue with the control panel. Sometimes the settings can get changed accidentally and this can affect the temperature of the water. Try resetting the panel to its default settings and see if that helps.

There has to be some way they do it in the factory.Even with a number of descaling sessions, the water temperature only goes up to about 185F while the factory spec should be a minimum of 192F(in the settings menu, it is on its highest temperature) Ideally, since the thermal sensor is in the heating chamber, it would be great if we could add a 10-12F offset. Thing is we use fresh ground in a reusable k cup and it’s nowhere near what we got from our old pour over brewer. I gotta think it’s temp related since we’ve tried different volumes of coffee in the k cup with really no difference. Even using the strong button doesn’t help.
