Why Keurig Mini says add water but it is full?
As you may know, the Keurig Mini is a single serve coffee maker that uses pre-packaged coffee pods. When you want to brew a cup of coffee, you simply insert a coffee pod into the machine and add water to the reservoir. The Keurig Mini is designed to be used with filtered water, so it’s important to use filtered water in the machine.
If your Keurig Mini says add water but it is full, there are a few possible reasons why.
One possible explanation is that the water tank may be full because the brewer was not used for a while. If the tank is full and the brewer is then used, the water may not flow into the brewer quickly enough and the message may appear stating that the brewer needs water.
If the water tank is low, adding water to the brewer may not fill it up completely. In this case, the brewer may say it needs water even if the water tank is full. It is important to check the water level frequently and top up as needed.

When I first bought my keurig 2.0 K250 this happened to me. I googled it and I figured out that if you take the water reservoir off and press the bottom center and it releases a little water and then put it back on the keurig then it works. Hope that makes sense.
